we was coming from Santa Rosa and we are really hungry so we was driving back to my town in Novato and then I said this place mi Ranchito restaurant. That food it was great. It's a happy place. . and it's good. vibes.

Great service the staff always treats us well with a smile and it's the best Mexican food in the area.

This place has become my go-to spot! I absolutely love their food--every item I've tried has been outstanding. Their $1.50 tacos on Mondays are a must-try, and the appetizers are simply amazing. Everything is so well-seasoned and thoughtfully prepared. I also appreciate the cute and creative presentation of the dishes, which adds to the overall experience. I've celebrated a couple of birthdays here, and the staff truly make it fun for the whole family. If you're looking for a great meal in a lively atmosphere, this is the place to be!

Fajitas and enchiladas were excellent - only thing would be the salsa, it was too tomato sauce like. Service was attentive. Ambiance is old school Mexican restaurant which we liked.

This review is specifically for their happy hour. The house margaritas on HH are super cheap, I think like $4 but are hit or miss. Sometimes they are good/strong and other times they have tasted like orange juice. The HH food menu has a decent selection for a good price! The outdoor patio is nice as well, and the staff is generally very friendly. Overall would definitely recommend.

Mi Ranchito is in an odd spot - tucked away in a turn, so it might be easy to miss or overlook - but I assure you - if you are looking for some tasty Mexican food and a festive environment you should give it a try! I have been going there for 25 years. They have great lunch specials, a full bar, several dining areas, and authentic Mexican faire. What's not to like? I'm always a fan of their salsa, and really like their beans, enchilladas, tacos, and burritos. They also have a lot of seafood dishes, and I recently got to see their bacon wrapped shrimp - pinned up a miniature clothes line! It seems like the restaurant is always busy and festive. If you are in the area - give them a try! It is one of my favorites in the Cotati area! Delicioso!

Taco Monday and Happy hour!!! Tacos are $1.50 each and Mi Ranchito has a really good Happy hour. I recommend the carnitas quesadilla and ask for some jalapeño jelly, it is amazing! And of course the salsa is always really good.
